Sheet Shortcuts

Right click on a sheet:

Cell Actions Pn
  • Ctrl + F (or Cmd + F on Mac) - Search within sheet
  • Use mouse/trackpad to navigate within sheets
  • Scroll to navigate large sheets

Selection

  • Use checkboxes to select individual rows
  • Hold Shift + click for range selection
  • Hold Ctrl/Cmd + click for multiple selection
  • Click “Select All” to select all rows

Copying and pasting

  • Use Ctrl/Cmd + C to copy cell values
  • Use Ctrl/Cmd + V to paste in cell values

Editing

  • Click on cells to edit them
  • Enter - Confirm edit
  • Escape - Cancel edit
  • Use interface buttons for actions like delete

Research

  • Use the “Research” button in the toolbar for batch research
  • Configure research through column settings

  • Escape - Close AI panel when open
