Accessing Raycaster AI Workspace

Raycaster AI Workspace is a secure platform that requires authentication to access. This guide will walk you through the sign-in process and initial account setup.

Signing In

Navigate to Raycaster

Open your web browser and go to app.raycaster.ai

Sign In

Click the “Sign In” button in the top-right corner of the welcome page

Enter Credentials

Enter your email address and password associated with your Raycaster account

If your organization uses SSO (Single Sign-On), you may be redirected to your organization’s identity provider.

Select Organization

If you have access to multiple organizations, you’ll be prompted to select which one to access

First-Time Login

If this is your first time logging in, you’ll be guided through an onboarding process to set up your workspace:

Complete Profile

Add your basic information:

  • Full name
  • Job title
  • Profile picture (optional)

Organization Setup

If you’re the first user in your organization, you’ll need to:

  • Confirm organization name
  • Add organization logo (optional)
  • Select industry category

Workspace Tour

A brief guided tour will highlight key features of the Raycaster interface

You can always revisit this tour later by clicking “Help” in the sidebar and selecting “Platform Tour”

Password Reset

If you’ve forgotten your password:

  1. Click “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for password reset instructions
  4. Follow the link to create a new password

Password reset links expire after 24 hours for security reasons. If your link expires, simply request a new one.

Account Security

Raycaster implements several security measures to protect your account:

  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enable this in your account settings for additional security
  • Session Management: View and revoke active sessions from your security settings
  • Automatic Timeouts: Sessions automatically expire after periods of inactivity
